Overview

Creating A Learning Organization is a 2 Day’s workshop designed to help participants appreciate the importance of learning organizations. The workshop will focus on first order, second order change and the impact leadership has on learning. Discussions will focus on learning organizations, how learning takes place and learning disabilities. The Five Disciplines of Peter Senge, Personal Mastery, Mental Model, Team Learning, Shared Vision and System Thinking will be covered. Through discussions, videos and case studies, participants will master the key fundamentals of learning organizations.
