Overview

In many organizations, this is viewed as a process for determining where an organization is going over the next year or more - typically 3 to 5 years, although some extend their vision to 20 years. In order to determine where it is going, the organization needs to know exactly where it stands, then determines where it wants to go and how it will get there. This 2 Days Workshop Exercise on Strategic Planning of Vision, Mission and Values is to enable the Senior Management to conduct a meaningful exercise driving the strategic intent/strategies as Senior Management of the Organization.

Course Outline (Will be customized to the needs of the client)

Part 1:

  • Crafting or revisiting of Organization Vision, Mission and Values
  • Develop Pictorial Image of Vision and Discussion on Vision and Statements (Snapshots)
  • Arrive after consensus a SHARED Vision, Mission and Values that are realistic and applicable to the present context of organization’s primary operations and functions
  • Applying Using Organization Learning Tools of Hierarchy of Choices, Creative Tension Model and SMART to drive the exercise of building a correct corporate culture of service on Purpose, Values and establish appropriate behaviors
  • Application of 4Rs (Rules, Roles and Responsibilities, Routines) to build relationship and trust in Management Team

Part 2:

  • Deliverables of Strategies
  • Derive Clear Action Plans aligned to Strategies and Strategic Thrust/Intent and Initiatives aligned to Shared Vision , Mission and Values of Organization
