The one year Individual Personalized One-on-One Coaching Program begins as soon as you make the decision to commit to changing your life.
Coaching Sessions
The One-on-One Coaching Session involves two (02) sessions per month in the form of virtual or face to face meetings. Each session is two (02) hours at an agreed time throughout the one year. The sessions are scheduled in advance and each coaching session will be tailored to meet your needs and wants for example.

GROW-PEL MODEL
Our Individual Personalized One-on-One Coaching Program is very different from the traditional common phone-a-friend, typical face to face coaching. We bring in the very essence of not just focusing on performance or results, but equilaterally focusing on learning and experience which bring about growth and happiness. We term it as the GROW – Performance – Experience - Learning (GROW-PEL) Model. This model is a self-paced and tailored system that enables you to maximize the progress in a well-balanced manner throughout your coaching.
Getting Started with CELLS Personalized Coaching Program
The program commences with an initial meeting (virtual or face to face), where our CELLS Executive Coach will discuss with you on your outcomes and required results.
During the first session, we will cover the following areas:
- Your goals and ultimate outcomes from the coaching program
- Your commitment to the program
- The contracting aspects of the program
- The confidentiality of the program between you and your coach
